At PikuPayku, we do our best to get your order to you quickly, safely, and with full transparency. Below you will find all the details about how we ship, estimated timelines, and what to expect.

Processing and Handling

Orders are usually processed within 1 to 10 business days.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the carrier information and tracking number.

It may take a few days after shipping for tracking information to become active.

Multiple Warehouses

We currently operate and store our products in two locations. Because of this, your order may arrive in more than one package.

Each package will have its own confirmation email and tracking number.

Delivery times may differ between packages depending on which warehouse they ship from.

Shipping Times

The estimated shipping time shown at checkout begins once your order has been shipped.

These times are estimates only. Delivery may be faster or slower depending on carrier delays, customs processing, or peak seasons.

Please note that shipping times are separate from processing times.

Shipping Coverage

We ship to almost every country worldwide.

If you live in a location not covered by our system, please contact us at info@pikupayku.com and we will do our best to process your order manually.

Customs, Duties and Import Fees

Customs and import fees may be charged once your parcel reaches its destination country. These costs are the responsibility of the recipient.

We have no control over these charges and cannot predict the amount in advance.

Customs policies and import duties vary by country. In many cases small value orders are not charged.

We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing an order.

Shipping Protection

We offer an optional shipping protection service at checkout. This covers your order against loss, damage, or theft during transit.

If you choose not to add shipping protection, PikuPayku is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages.

If you added shipping protection and your package has been lost, damaged, or stolen, please contact us so we can assist you with a solution.

Returns and Refunds

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched. If you return items under our Refund Policy, the cost of original shipping will not be refunded.
