Shipping
We ship almost everywhere on earth, a tracking number is available with every package as well and will be sent via email the day it leaves the office. If you live in an area that is not covered by our shipping system, please contact us (info@pikupajku.com), we will try to process your order manually.
Processing time usually takes 1-10 business days (exept preorders). Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that will include the shipments tracking number. It usually takes a few days for tracking information to be active. The estimated shipping time provided at checkout starts after the order has been shipped.
You have an option to add a shipping protection to your cart to protect yourself from lost, damaged or stolen package. If you choose to place an order withouth shipping protection, we are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages.
Returns
If you are not fully happy with the goods you have received, you can return them to us within 21 days of receipt, providing they are in original resalable condition. If you choose to return your goods, please contact us through our contact form or write an email to info@pikupajku.com and our customer support will guide you throught the process. All cost associated with returning the goods are on the buyer.

Wash Less, Wear More
Always keep in mind that it’s best to wash your clothes as little as possible. Washing your clothes too often can have a negative impact on their quality while putting pressure on both the environment and your wallet. Instead of washing your garments after each use, try airing and shaking them out properly, which will most often be enough for your clothes to be good for another wear. Try to also make it a habit to spot clean stains immediately instead of using the washing machine.
Choose Eco-Friendly Products
To protect both your garments and the environment, opt for eco-friendly laundry products and avoid bleach and softeners. Eco-friendly detergents are just as effective as their conventional counterparts but come with the benefit of being free from harmful chemicals and toxins. Bleach can be damaging to fabrics, while softeners cover your garments in a thin film that can impede positive attributes such as breathability and moisture absorbency.
Wash Mindfully
Always pay attention to the individual care labels inside your garments but aim to wash your clothing at low temperatures (max. 30°C) or cold. Make sure to always fill your washing machine to avoid wasting water and energy but don’t overfill as heavy loads can cause friction and result in poorly washed or worn-out garments. Separate light from darker colors, while being mindful of different fabrics.
